Social Worker for Child and Adolescent Services - Bilingual Counsel patients daily, provides comprehensive case management services which involves assessment, disposition planning, utilization review. individual, group, and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referrent relations, payor relations, discharge planning and intervention with client support systems. We also have another unique opportunity for a dynamic self starter to join our team of diverse clinicians and work in a specialized, clinically-driven, trauma-informed program designed to treat active duty military personnel, veterans and family members as they struggle with complicated issues related to depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder and substance misuse. You will provide comprehensive social work services including assessments, individual, group, and family treatment plan coordination, referent relations and intervention with client support system.
