?

Lindy Olsen

?Do not exclude anything in your diet (allergies excluded) as this sets you up for failure in the long term. Eat everything - even the bad stuff, just have less of it, less regularly than you do the good stuff. Eat clean and you will stay lean! Believe in yourself and never give up!?

MEET LINDY!
Saturday 10am and 1pm
Sunday 10am and 1pm

?

Amanda Steer

?If it?s green it?s lean! Drink plenty of water. Find an exercise activity you love doing so it doesn?t feel like a chore!?

MEET AMANDA!
Saturday 2pm
Sunday 3pm?

?You can?t out-train a bad diet, so making sure that you are consuming healthy foods and not overeating is crucial. With that in mind, preparation is paramount to staying in shape. You should always be prepared. Having a healthy meal on hand when you are going out will put the brakes on your temptations to compromise your healthy eating regime."

MEET JODY!
Sunday 11am

? ?Always eat for nourishment and not just for taste! Get into the habit of considering food as the fuel and nourishment you are putting into your body - as opposed to how it would taste. Your taste buds will often try to trick you into believing that you need something sweet... but don?t be fooled."

MEET LESLEY!
Saturday 12pm
Sunday 2pm

?

?Penny Lomas

?Consistency! Once you separate your mindset from off-season/on-season and see that a great physique is built all year round through a maintained balanced diet and training, you can achieve great results. A clean diet is a lifestyle
not a season.?

MEET PENNY!
Saturday 2pm
Sunday 11am

?

?Justine Switalla

?The biggest barrier to overcome is to make sure that you are kind to yourself and if you slip up you have to forgive yourself and move on. You have to let it go and put all of your energy and focus back into clean eating and smashing your training. Use the ?slip up? as motivation to get into the gym and train that little bit harder than you did last time.?

MEET JUSTINE!
Saturday 11am
Sunday 12pm

?Eat food closest to its natural form, lift weights and cardio 4-5 times per week, do yoga and treat your body like a temple, not like a rubbish bin!?

MEET SKYE!
Saturday 12pm
Sunday 2pm

? ?It is so important to make healthy living a part of your daily life. If you don?t enjoy it, it won?t last long. The key to making permanent change is to avoid focusing on things like ?cardio? as being a chore. Instead incorporate it into your life in a positive way. I get my cardio done without forcing myself to do the same thing every day, or doing something I don?t enjoy.?

MEET NICKY!
Sunday 3pm

?
?

?Monika Coorey

?The key to staying in shape year round is consistency and everything in moderation.?

MEET MONIKA!
Sunday 12pm

? ?Say NO to diets! Staying in shape should not be a fad or quick-fix plan initially. We all want to look great all the time so it makes perfect sense to adopt healthy eating. Lifestyle decisions to eat lots of fresh produce, lean meats & good fats can only mean looking great all the time.?

MEET LAURA!
Saturday 3pm

?Work out what you want, keep your eyes on your goal, educate yourself about health & fitness & be consistent! You will have a better chance at achieving your goal if you know the right way to go about it?

MEET Emily!
Saturday 11am
